Services are a traditional and contemporary blend of Hebrew and English, in word and song. CBS is an egalitarian synagogue, and everyone is encouraged to participate at whatever level they feel comfortable.

Kippot and tallitot are available for your use.

Erev Shabbat Services
On the first Friday of each month, a family service is held at 6 PM. Everyone joins in for songs, an interesting story, and family togetherness.

Erev Shabbat services are held on the other Fridays at 7:30 PM. Friday evening services are followed by noshing and socializing.

Shabbat Services
Shacharit services are held at 10 AM. This service includes a Torah study session. Torah study sessions are designed to enhance Jewish knowledge, practice, and commitment.
Shacharit services are followed by a dairy pot luck lunch. This is a great time to get to know other members of the congregation. Check the calendar for Shacharit service dates.

Mincha / Havdallah services are usually held around 6 PM. These services are often followed by a social dinner. Check the calendar for Mincha service dates and times.

Holiday and Yiskor Services
Services are held for all major Jewish holidays. Please check the calendar for dates and times.
